We provide exceptional full care boarding for your horse and welcome riders of all disciplines. Below are just some of the amenities that are included in boarding with us. Large Covered Indoor Riding Arena Our indoor riding arena is a spacious 72 x 204 feet and has been laser leveled to provide an even riding surface. The footing consists of a mixture of sand and rubber to provide the right amount of traction and give. A timed, automatic sprinkler system reduces dust and keeps the footing consistent. The arena is drug nightly to allow for a level, fresh surface to ride on each day. Barn Amenities In addition to spacious stalls for your horses our barn also features two hot water wash racks, grooming stalls, four large, locked tack rooms, a bathroom, shower and two viewing areas for the indoor arena. The owners live on-site. Blanket changes are included in the full care boarding. During the summer, this includes fly masks or sheets. We also provide the FlyGuard fly repellent system in the summer months, as well as supplement the horses with Solitude to combat flies. We fecal test and worm accordingly. Feeding The horses are fed three times daily with our customized feeding program. There is a selection of grains to choose from and each horse is fed a quality Timothy Orchard grass-hay mix. There is also an option for a low calorie hay if requested and alfalfa for purchase. Grain is fed twice daily with any supplements other than Solitude provided by the owner. Pastures and Turnout Paddocks Our property was designed to offer plenty of turnout. There are large oak trees that provide shade and protect against the elements. The mare pasture has a spring-fed pond and the back gelding pasture has a small creek. During the summer, the property has different types of Apple trees for the horses and owners to enjoy. You have the option of having your horse turned out with a limited group of horses in a large pasture, or individually in a 5000 sqft paddock. Horses are turned out 7-days a week, weather permitting. Outdoor Schooling Areas For outdoor schooling or lunging, there is a round pen and an outdoor arena available. There are no trails on the property, but you are able to ride in the pastures when no other horses are turned out or around the property.
